Accessibility statement
People come to Gracekeeps in hard moments, sometimes tired, sometimes on a small screen, sometimes using assistive technology. Gracekeeps should work for all of them.
Our goal
We design and build the Gracekeeps website and app to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We treat accessibility as part of quality, not as an extra.
What we do
- Readable text. Text and important controls meet AA color contrast, and body text is set at a comfortable size.
- Plain language. We write short sentences and explain terms, because stress makes reading harder for everyone.
- Keyboard access. Menus, forms and controls can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus.
- Screen readers. We use proper headings, labels, landmarks and text alternatives, and we test with screen readers.
- Reduced motion. If your device asks for reduced motion, we turn off animations.
- Touch targets. Buttons and links are large enough to tap comfortably on phones.
- Zoom and reflow. Pages work when zoomed and on screens as small as 320 pixels wide.
Known limits
We are still improving. Some documents that people upload, such as scanned forms, may not be accessible, because we do not control how they were made. Some older browsers may not display every feature. If you find something that does not work for you, we want to know.

Ongoing work
We review accessibility as we design new features, test with assistive technology before release and plan regular reviews of the site and app.
