How a launch usually goes

How long does setup take for a family?
A few minutes to create an account and answer the first questions. Your plan is ready right away.
Do I have to use a care specialist?
No. Many people work through their plan alone and reach out only when they are stuck. Care specialists are included on Plus and on plans offered by organizations.
How do members of an organization join?
Usually with an access code, entered when they create an account. Some organizations use single sign-on instead.
