Life insurers
Teams who want beneficiaries to feel supported from the first call.
Customers
Gracekeeps is new, so you will not find logos or quotes here that we have not earned. Instead, here is what working with us looks like and how we will measure whether it works.
A pilot, step by step
A pilot is a small, time-boxed launch with clear goals. It lets both of us learn before a wider rollout.
Month 1
We choose the products, the group of members and two or three outcomes that matter to you, and we write them down.
Month 1 to 2
We brand the experience, prepare member messages, train your team and launch to the pilot group.
Months 2 to 5
We share anonymous results each month and improve outreach and content based on what we see.
Month 6
We review the results against the goals we set. You decide whether to expand, change course or stop.
Measurement
We agree on measures before launch and report them plainly, including when they are not good news.
How many eligible members create an account after hearing about Gracekeeps.
Tasks completed, documents stored and conversations with care specialists, in aggregate.
How long it takes from sign up to a first reply from a care specialist.
Short, optional surveys that ask members whether Gracekeeps made things easier.
Measures you choose, such as return-to-work timing or service contacts, where they can be measured fairly.
Every measure is anonymous and grouped. No report identifies a person.
Who we want to learn with
Teams who want beneficiaries to feel supported from the first call.
Teams who want to serve families well through a death and beyond.
HR teams who want real support for grieving, caregiving and returning employees.
Early partners help shape what Gracekeeps becomes. Let’s talk about a pilot.
