Gracekeeps Advisor

Be there when a client’s life changes overnight.

Advisor gives financial professionals and relationship teams timely signals from clients who choose to share them, conversation guides for life events and tools to reach out with care.

When a client loses a spouse, the first call is not about the portfolio. Advisor helps you lead with care, and earn the conversations that come later.

What is included

Tools for thoughtful outreach

  • Life event signals

Know when a client who has opted in faces a loss, a new caregiving role, a leave or a planning milestone.

  • Conversation guides

Guides for loss, caregiving, leave and legacy planning: what to say, what to avoid and what to offer.

  • Outreach tools

Message templates and gentle reminders, so you follow up at the right pace.

  • Outreach logs

A record of each touchpoint for your team and your internal review.

  • Engagement analytics

See, in aggregate, how clients across your book use Gracekeeps.

  • Team views

Share context across a relationship team, never more than the client allowed.

Consent first

Signals only when clients say yes.

Clients choose whether to share life events with their advisor, and they can change their mind at any time. Advisor never shows the content of a client’s plan, documents or messages.

  • Opt-in sharing, controlled by the client
  • Signals describe the event, not the details
  • Every signal and outreach is logged

How it works

From signal to support

  1. A client opts in

Inside Gracekeeps, the client chooses to let their advisor know about life events.

  2. You get a signal

Advisor lets you know an event happened, with a guide for that moment.

  3. You reach out with care

Use a template or your own words. The touchpoint is logged for your team.

  4. The family gets help

Your client has a plan and a care specialist, and knows you showed up.

Advisor questions

For advisors and relationship teams

What do clients agree to share?

Only that a life event happened, such as a death in the family or the start of a leave, and only if they opt in. They can stop sharing at any time.

Can advisors see client documents or messages?

No. Documents, notes and conversations with care specialists stay private to the client and the people they invite.

Will Advisor fit our review process?
