About plans and billing
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It costs $0, has no time limit and does not ask for a card.
How does an access code work?
If your employer, insurer or bank offers Gracekeeps, they give you an access code. Enter it when you sign up and the plan they chose is yours at no cost.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly Plus?
Yes. The yearly price of $99 costs less than twelve months at $12. You can switch when your current period ends.
What happens to my documents if I leave Plus?
Your documents stay yours. If you are over the free storage limit, you can still view and download everything, and you can add new files once you are back under the limit.
What is an eligible member?
Anyone an organization makes Gracekeeps available to, such as all employees, all policyholders in a group or all members of a program.
Is there a minimum contract for organizations?
Terms depend on the size of the program. We will put everything in writing before you sign, and we are happy to start with a pilot.
